Nocturna is built to avoid collecting personal data wherever possible. We do not use cookies, do not fingerprint devices, and do not build persistent profiles of individual visitors. Session counts are computed using a rotating, non-identifying token that resets on a fixed schedule and cannot be linked back to an individual across that reset.

If you contact us directly (for example, through our contact form or by email), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message content, so we can respond to you.

How we use it

Information submitted through our contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry. Session and usage data collected through the Nocturna product is used to compute the metrics shown to the account owner (activation, retention, funnels) and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data storage

Data is stored in the EU by default. Customers on our Team plan may choose a US storage region instead. Raw event data is retained for the length of your plan's history and can be exported or deleted on request.
